We offer a 7-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain items such as perfumes, beauty products, and personal items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
